Thank you so much for your interest in my personalised pet portraits! It means the world to me. Because each portrait is lovingly hand painted by me, and because I pour so much care and attention into capturing every tiny detail of your pet, I open portrait orders in small batches to make sure each one gets the time it truly deserves.

This listing is currently available as a preorder, which means your portrait will be added to my next painting schedule. I will begin working through all new portrait orders after the 1st April 2027, once ongoing commissions are complete.

Each portrait takes 4-6 weeks from the 1st April 2027 to carefully create. This allows me to: 

• Study the photos you've sent 
• Sketch your pet's unique features and personality 
• Hand-paint every tiny detail
• Refine their expression until it feels just right
• Package it safely and ship it to your door

I always work slowly and intentionally - not rushing, not cutting corners, so your portrait is perfect.

How to Order Your Personalised Pet Portrait

Ordering your custom pet portrait is simple and designed to make sure your beloved companion is captured as beautifully as possible.

1. Choose Your Design

Begin by selecting the portrait style or background from the available designs. Each background is inspired by different themes and colour palettes, allowing you to choose the one that best suits your pet and your home.

2. Place Your Order

Once you have chosen your design, simply place your order through the website.

Within 24–48 hours, you will receive an email from me with instructions on how to send your pet’s photos. This allows you to take your time selecting the best pictures of your pet.

3. Send Your Pet’s Photos

Reply to the email with clear photos of your pet. Images where your pet’s face is well-lit and clearly visible work best, as they allow me to capture their features and personality more accurately.

If you’re unsure which photo to choose, you are always welcome to send a few options and I can help select the best one.

4. Your Portrait is Created

Your pet’s portrait will then be carefully illustrated by me in my signature style. I take great care with every piece to ensure it reflects your pet’s unique character and charm.

5. Printing & Delivery

Once the portrait is complete, it will be printed on high-quality textured card to preserve the painterly detail of the artwork. Each piece is carefully packaged in my studio and sent to you ready to frame and display in your home.

Postage Information:

All paintings are posted hard-backed envelope to fully protect them from damage during their travel.

UK Delivery:
- Royal Mail 2nd Class - Standard - 2-3 business days

International Delivery:
- Royal Mail International Tracked - 5-10 business days  

Please note that these timeframes are only an estimate and deliveries can sometimes take longer to arrive. This isn’t in my control so please remember this when placing any last minute orders.

Refunds:

I can only offer refunds when an item arrives broken/damaged. I will ask for photo evidence to be given in these circumstances.
