Thank you so much for your interest in my personalised pet portraits! It means the world to me. Because each portrait is lovingly hand drawn by me, and because I pour so much care and attention into capturing every tiny detail of your pet, I open portrait orders in small batches to make sure each one gets the time it truly deserves.

This listing is currently available as a preorder, which means your portrait will be added to my next painting schedule. I will begin working through all new portrait orders after the 1st September, once my ongoing commissions are complete.

There's something truly special about the animals we love. The way they tilt their head, the softness in their eyes, the tiny quirks that make them completely, wonderfully theirs. My personalised pet portraits are created to capture exactly that: the heart, the soul, and the sweet personality behind your beloved companion.

Each portrait begins with a hand-drawn digital illustration, lovingly created by me. I study every photo you send, from their favourite expressions to the tiny details that make them unique, and bring them to life with gentle lines, delicate shading, and plenty of heart.

And it can truly be any pet - dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, horses, reptiles, birds, or even the teeniest pocket-sized friends. If they're special to you, I'd be honoured to paint them.

Your portrait will then be printed on beautiful, high-quality textured card, giving it the look and feel of a traditional artwork. It's carefully packaged and posted straight to your door, ready to treasure, gift, or display proudly in your home. 

These portraits make the sweetest keepsakes - perfect for birthdays, memorials, new pet celebrations, or simply as a way to honour the quiet, unconditional love our pets always bring into our lives.

Each portrait takes 4-6 weeks from the 1st September to carefully create. This allows me to: 

• Study the photos you've sent 
• Sketch your pet's unique features and personality 
• Hand-draw every tiny detail digitally
• Refine their expression until it feels just right
• Prepare and print your portrait on high-quality textured card
• Package it safely and ship it to your door

I always work slowly and intentionally - not rushing, not cutting corners, so your portrait is perfect.

How To Order: 
- Order your pet portrait.
- Send me a photo/photos via email. Please ensure that this photo is clear and clearly shows your pets face. Please also ensure that you include your order number on the email.
- Once you've placed your order, I will require 4-6 weeks to hand paint/illustrate your personalised digital pet portrait. 
- Once I have painted your portrait, I will send you a photo for your approval via email.
- When you have approved your portrait, it will be securely packed and shipped to you.

Postage Information:
All portraits are posted hard-backed envelope or postal tube to fully protect them from damage during their travel.

UK Delivery:
- Royal Mail 2nd Class - Standard - 2-3 business days

International Delivery:
- Royal Mail International Tracked - 5-10 business days  

Please note that these timeframes are only an estimate and deliveries can sometimes take longer to arrive. This isn’t in my control so please remember this when placing any last minute orders.

I can only offer refunds when an item arrives broken/damaged. I will ask for photo evidence to be given in these circumstances.
